The Road to Full Camel and Beyond is an all level progressive series that will either help you get that Full Camel once and for all, or help you therapeutically deepen it toward knee grab if you already have your full camel. Throughout this series, I'll be reinforcing the big-picture concepts of my teaching, while introducing you to my powerful, effective, and FUN drills that will give you 'what you need, where you need, when you need' in that position!
